Which parcel Service do we use?
We normally ship using Royal Mail standard parcels service or Parcelforce and this service is specified as between 2 to 5 day delivery. In practise our experience suggests it to be more usually 2 or 3 days but you should allow for the full 5 days. The advantage of this service is that if you are not in when delivery is attempted the parcel can be collected from your local sorting office or delivery will be attempted again the next day.

What are our post and packing rates?
The following is the scale of post and packing costs within the UK:

Up to 1kg £3.85
Up to 4kg £8.30
Up to 9kg £9.97
Up to 10kg £13.25
Up to 20kg £16.00

Please note that due both to the size of some of our larger sculptures and parcel size restrictions, if more than one of the larger sculptures is ordered we usually have to ship in separate packages. These charges reflect this fact at the two highest rates in the scale. The maximum weight of our heaviest single sculpture is 6.5kg making single sculpture shipments a maximum charge of £9.97 post and packing and a second smaller sculpture could still be accommodated within that weight and shipping cost.
Our shopping basket system will automatically calculate and display the P&P cost.

Will we ship to international addresses?
We are happy to give you a price for shipping our products to your home country. Please use our contact us page giving details of the products required and destination.

How soon do we ship after receiving your order?
We receive notification straight away of your order being placed and our commitment is to despatch within 3 days. In most cases, however, we achieve despatch the next day. We will notify you by email when your order is despatched and we will also notify you if, for any reason, despatch is delayed beyond the 3 day commitment.

Returns
We are confident that you will be delighted with your sculpture and we therefore accept returns should this not be the case. In such circumstances, however, you will be responsible for the return postage and packing costs and for ensuring that adequate insurance against loss is secured.

Goods arriving in a damaged condition
Please notify us as soon as possible and certainly within 2 days of receipt of goods of any damage to the goods. This is important in enabling us to effect a timely and appropriate claim with the shipping company, and replace your purchase as quickly as possible
